Cossist app for iPhone and iPad

Cossist is a mobile platform making the visit to new destinations painless. Often visitors to new destinations have numerous concierge needs and our platform is designed and envisioned to be a one-stop-shop concierge agent. We have both live agent and AI chat-bot, which the users can select at their discretion. Language translation is built-in and hence one can ask questions and get answers in their mother-tongue.

In addition we have also added other state-of-the art features to ensure a seamless concierge experience. Our mission is to make sure no visitors should be frustrated or disappointed with their new destination experience before they used Cossist. And thus we do our part to make this world a better place to live.

Getting it to work is easy.

Download the app. If you are a first time user, a registration is required with a name and email.

Subsequent log-in is easy with just your phone number and a new instant passcode you receive each time.

Upon logged in, users should be able to proceed with simple intuitive user interactions.
